‘Great Place to Work‘

The Great Place to Work Institute Germany has just announced the results of this year’s awards for the ‘Best Workplaces in Germany’. NT-ware has been selected as a winner for the Lower Saxony/Bremen region in the companies with 50 – 250 employees category. The annual awards are made in recognition of companies that provide high quality and attractive working conditions.

The award is based on an anonymous survey of employees carried out by the Great Place to Work Institute covering central themes regarding the workplace, such as leadership, teamwork, professional development, remuneration and satisfaction with the workplace. The survey also looks at the quality of companies’ human resources policies and programs.

NT-ware participated in the competition in order to show its employees an interesting work sector that provides new challenges whilst also delivering an environment where they feel at ease and one that provides them with a good work-life balance. Sabine Zimmer, HR Manager at NT-ware, said: “We are delighted with the award. It shows that we are on the right track. We will of course continue to do all that we can to inspire our employees to achieve common goals for both them and the company.”
