Parameters:

Insertable Files:
Contains a list of MIME types and/or file attachments (delimited by a semicolon character) which will be taken into account for attempting to create printables. By default, this is left empty, meaning that all attachments will be inserted.
Job Name:
This contains a string including tokens, which can be used to construct the job names for the job. By default this is left empty and the file name of the attachment will be used as the job name. Besides the standard tokens (eg. %USER.EmailAddress%), a number of special tokens are available, described below:
o%EMAIL.Subject%
Subject of the mail which contained the attachment
o%EMAIL.Body%
Body of the mail which contained the attachment
o%EMAIL.Sender%
Sender of the mail which contained the attachment
o%EMAIL.AttachmentIndex%
Index of the attachment
o%EMAIL.AttachmentMimeType%
MIME type of the attachment
Include Files:
Specify a Regular Expression to identify the files that should be taken into account. By default this is left empty, meaning that all attachments will be inserted.
Exclude Files:
Specify a Regular Expression to identify the files that should NOT be taken into account. By default this is left empty, meaning that all attachments will be inserted.
Exclude Extensions:
Specify a comma separated list of file extensions (e.g. ".gif,.jpg,jpeg" - leading dots aren't mandatory) that should NOT be taken into account. By default this is left empty, meaning that all attachments will be inserted.
Target Workflow:
Select box to define the workflow where the new attachment print jobs will be placed into.

Description:

This workflow element is used to extract all attachments from an email and re-insert them into the workflow as print jobs, sharing the original job's properties, such as user name, so that they can be converted into printable files, whereas each attachment will produce its own separate print job.

Attachments that are not processed, e.g. because of "Include Files" and "Exclude Files" parameter values, are stored as a comma separated list in the job property JP_NOT_PROCESSED_ATTACHMENTS (useful for end user feedback).
