TEST DESIGNER (m/f/d)

This sounds amazing!

Do you hold an IT degree or equivalent qualification and have solid

experience in designing structured test cases? Are you familiar with

established test design techniques such as equivalence

partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, and state

transitions? Do you have a keen eye for reusable, well-structured

test cases and the ability to design both functional and nonfunctional

scenarios efficiently? And are you someone who brings

precision, analytical thinking, and a high awareness of quality to

your team?

Of course!

Experience? Is something I’d like to gain with NT-ware.

Are you at the beginning of your professional career? We are always on the lookout for new talents and would therefore love to receive your on-spec application!

We are a friendly technical and support team made up of delightfully easy-going people from over 35 nations. Working out of our Green Building in Bad Iburg, Germany, we put our heads together to develop, test, and implement exciting ideas. By the way: What is your English like?

I love it

English is not really my strong point.

With us, you can go all out.

  • As a Test Designer, you will be responsible for creating systematic and maintainable test cases based on specifications, requirements, and use cases. You will model complex test scenarios that support automation and manual execution, and you’ll ensure consistency, coverage, and reusability.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing suitable test data, while taking data protection and completeness into account. Ensuring the availability of required test environments and documenting test cases and data in our management tools will be part of your daily routine.
  • Together with your colleagues in QA and Development, you will continuously optimize our test design process and contribute to a robust and future-proof test strategy.

No worries. We offer in-house language courses taught by certified instructors so you can quickly brush up on your English skills.

That sounds perfect. Is there any information about the perks and benefits?

I don’t think this is the right job for me :(

That’s too bad. Good luck on your job search!

Any perks and benefits? Of course. We offer a super-flexible, highly modern and well-equipped workspace with daycare, a company bonus plan, continued professional development opportunities, an EGYM Wellpass cooperation,

the option to work from home and much more...... Convinced?

Definitely!
